Here’s a rather interesting example of cosplay-to-the-max at Comic-Con . . . meet, The Rancor! SFX master Frank Ippolito designed and built this foam costume in less than 28 days, based on references from an original test costume used for the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi production people.
