Here’s the trailer for the pulp noir science fiction detective movie, Reminiscence, with Hugh Jackman playing Nick Bannister, a private investigator who investigates minds using Neuralink-style tech.

Living on the fringes of the sunken Miami coast after the world has been ruined by global warming, Nick’s life is forever changed when he takes on a new client, Mae (Rebecca Ferguson).

A simple matter of lost and found becomes a dangerous obsession. As Bannister fights to find the truth about Mae’s disappearance, he uncovers a violent conspiracy.

This one is directed by Lisa Joy of WestWorld TV series-fame.

The trailer comes across a little like a cross between Soylent Green, Minority Report, and L.A. Confidential.
