Here’s the trailer for the New Year’s day episode of Doctor Who, with some belated Fan Service to the classic enemies faced by the Doctor’s previous incarnations before.
A terrifying evil is stirring from across the centuries of Earth’s history – the Daleks. As the Doctor, Ryan, Graham and Yaz return home, will they be able to overcome the alien threat to planet Earth?
Really? That’s disappointing – I’d hoped we might get away without seeing them this year.
One of the best things about this season has been not bumping into all the old enemies – and there are still a few that might bear a return, even if we’ve finally had the Zygons…
