In this Danish short science fiction film from director André Øvredal of Trollhunter fame, called The Tunnel, we land in an overpopulated future a little like the classic Solyent Green flick based on Harry Harrison’s short story Make Room, Make Room..

Here, however, a family is returning by car from a day at the beach, and they have to travel through a tunnel that serves a rather deadly second purpose.
