The Authority, Swamp Thing, the Ultimates, Marvel Knights Spider-Man, the Ultimate Fantastic Four, Civil War, Kingsman: The Secret Service, Wanted, Chrononauts, Superior, and Kick-Ass are among the comic books by Scottish top writer Mark Millar that have been or are slated to be made into feature films.
Two of Marvel’s best-selling storylines—Civil War and “Wolverine: Old Man Logan“—were written by Millar. While the latter served as the idea for the 2017 20th Century Fox film Logan, the former served as the basis for the 2016 Marvel Studios blockbuster Captain America: Civil War.
