Cuckoo, Cuckoo: The Midwich Cuckoos, Mark Kermode’s take (TV review).

Mark Kermode reviews David Farr’s science fiction and horror television drama The Midwich Cuckoos, which is based on the novel of the same name written by John Wyndham and shown on Sky Max in the United Kingdom. Both Keeley Hawes and Max Beesley are featured in the various episodes.

A fictitious English town is entirely overrun by an extraterrestrial presence for a whole day. When everyone finally comes to, they find that a significant number of the women in the community are pregnant with… things!
