Here’s some Jackie Chan action SF movie that looks so full of cheese it has to be made mainly for the Chinese market. It’s called Bleeding Steel.

Jackie’s a cop who has to hunt down a rogue superhuman cyborg created by the evil military. It kind of looks like someone took the bad off-cuts of a G.I. Joe movie and CGI’d Jackie Chan into it.
