Star Trek Discovery: Short Treks: Runaway (trailer).

To keep the Trekkie light burning, there’s four short mini-episodes coming out for Star Trek Discovery before the main new series returns early next year.

The first of this little shorts is called ‘Runaway’, where Ensign Tilly (aka actress Mary Wiseman) encounters an unexpected visitor in need of saving on board the the U.S.S. Discovery.

However, this unlikely pair may have more in common than meets the eye.

This is hitting the CBS Subscription service on October 4th 2018 – not sure if it’s coming to the rest of the world via Netflix, but we can but hope.
