Fox has hired Wes Ball, the brains behind the Maze Runner movies, to direct a new Planet of the Apes flick, carrying on the franchise for the film where the human space crew return to a very changed Earth after the Mute Plague has reduced mankind’s civilisation to some hairy-arsed savages living Bronze-age stylee.
