Just when you thought you’d don your sequins for a sashay into the world of Strictly Come Dancing 2023, boom! You find yourself in the TARDIS instead, thanks to an eye-popping new trailer.
That’s right, teleported straight from the ballroom to the best spaceship ever, we were given a glimpse into the three special episodes premiering this November. The cherry on the Time Lord cake? Neil Patrick Harris struts in, revealing he’s been cast as the Toymaker, a dastardly villain not seen since the Swinging Sixties. Honestly, what took him so long to come back? Got lost in a time loop around Gallifrey or something?
The trailer didn’t stop with Harris. Oh, no! Jemma Redgrave swoops back into her fabulous role as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, sharing the screen with none other than David Tennant—this time reincarnated as the Fourteenth Doctor.
