Could a monstrous solar flare burn out all of Earth’s technology? (science video).

August 22, 2019 | By | Reply More

The hyper-large solar storm of 1859 – also also known as the Carrington Event – was a monstrous solar coronal mass ejection which struck Earth’s magnetosphere wiping out early electrical power stations and telegraph systems.

If a solar storm of this magnitude hit today it could send us back temporarily to the stone age.

How prepared are we and just how prepared should we be getting?

New black hole.

Could a monstrous solar flare burn out all of Earth’s technology?
