There’s an upcoming horror movie called We Have Always Lived in the Castle, starring Taissa Farmiga, Alexandra Daddario, Crispin Glover, and Sebastian Stan – based on Shirley Jackson’s 1962 novel of the same name.

After a family patriarch dies from arsenic poisoning, Merricat Blackwood lives with her sister Constance and their Uncle Julian in terrible isolation on their New England estate, apart from hostile locals who think they are witches and demons.

But their strange existence is interrupted by the arrival of a supposed cousin Charles, who plans to seduce the women and expose their dark secrets.
