World getting weirder

UFO/UAP news roundup (22nd February 2024).

Here’s the semi-irregular round-up of all the best new content that is fit to print, and some that probably isn’t, concerning the topic of UFOs, UAPs, and a sugary side-dollop of woo.

The former chief of a major pan-European radio telescope initiative has stirred the pot with a claim that’s as intriguing as it is controversial. In 2019, whispers from a civilization 11 light-years distant supposedly reached our ears—or so he asserts. According to him, this wasn’t a one-off; we’ve apparently been on the blower with these extraterrestrials on a regular basis. But hold on, how do we manage a cosmic chinwag with beings millions of trillions of miles away? The answer floated by some is as futuristic as it gets: Quantum Tunneling Communication, a concept that sounds like it’s been plucked straight from the pages of a science fiction novel.

While there’s a kernel of plausibility in detecting signals from afar (the universe is, after all, a vast network of potential broadcasters), the notion of nattering away with distant aliens in real-time raises eyebrows. The mechanics of chatting across 11 light-years defy our current understanding and capabilities. Even with quantum tunneling—a speculative method that, for now, remains largely theoretical—the hurdles of communicating over such distances are monumental.

Is this the groundbreaking disclosure we’ve been on tenterhooks for, or is it a load of hogwash? Parts of the tale might be grounded in scientific possibility, but the dialogue with distant life forms? That veers into the realm of sheer speculative fiction. So, before we leap onto the bandwagon of interstellar discourse, it’s wise to remember that the line between revolutionary science and fanciful fiction is as vast as the cosmos itself.

An investigation of the debris discovered at the bottom of the Pacific last year was released last month by Harvard’s top astronomer, Avi Loeb. Those weird spheres don’t seem to be natural or even from our Solar System; in fact, they look like they were manufactured. Oddly, the findings have gone unreported by the media.

Scientist Riccardo Storti chats with Jeremy Rys about how, oddly, it has now come to light that Bob Lazar’s 7.46Hz “Gravity B Wave” actually matches the recent theoretical prediction on the matter. Let’s dive deep into the science behind this, including how matter might actually evaporate in this new non-toy universe model.

In this video, Andy and Dan discuss a range of topics concerning Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and related issues. They begin by examining a report from the Inspector General on the Department of Defense’s handling of UAP, suggesting potential shortcomings or areas of concern in governmental oversight. The conversation then shifts to various aspects of UAP research and public discourse. They touch on the rebranding and purpose of AARO (Anomalous Aerial Research Operations), the concept of plausible deniability in government dealings with UAP, and the importance of maintaining impartiality when studying UFOs. Interestingly, they emphasize that there is no concrete evidence supporting extraterrestrial involvement in UFOs.

They also discuss a recent op-ed by Kirkpatrick, which offers insights into his experiences as a UFO hunter, and mention Dr. Diana Pasulka’s work and her appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. The conversation highlights the limitations of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in obtaining information about UAP, as well as a general short-sightedness in scientific approaches to the phenomenon. Further topics include the bureaucratic and legal processes involved in UAP research, contradictions and personal boundaries within the UFO research community, and the evolving understanding of these phenomena. The concept of “gifting” or “donation fields” in relation to UAP is also brought up.

The video concludes with a discussion on human perception and belief in relation to UAP, including a mention of Dr. Charlotte Rawlings’ work on synchronicity. They also touch upon more speculative topics such as dimensional theories, the potential distractions from the truth about UAPs, zero-gravity experiments, and the role of the pineal gland and DMT in human consciousness.

Tim Burchett is interviewed about his take on where we are in the disclosure process surrounding UAPs and UFOs over in the US of A.

The long history of UFO retrievals by the U.S. government has a snail-trail of official documents in the archives to back it up, if you know where to look.

The Jez-led science crew focus in on Tim Burchett’s ideas about UFO disinformation agents with large followings being used to muddy the scientific waters that undergird the potential tech used by UAPs and UFOs.

Back in the 1990s, there was a leaked alien interview video – with an ET being interrogated by the U.S mil.intel state. Was this real, a counter-intel op, or something else?

Howard Hughes, the British radio broadcaster, brings us – via his podcast – a round-up of all the recent UFO and UAP interviews from his radio show, ‘The Unexplained’. Thanks, H.H., top man.

Several times in 2022, commercial airliners were nearly hit by UFOs over Britain! At the same time, reports of UFOs by pilots have been increasing dramatically over the globe, with some even going so far as to record their encounters.

Thanks to science fiction & fantasy author Stephen Hunt for compiling and authoring this weekly report. Best-known for creating the steampunk genre with his best-selling Jackelian series (HarperCollins/Macmillan/Tor), the first of Stephen’s Sliding Void space opera series adventures was simultaneously the #1 most downloaded novel on Amazon UK, Amazon USA, Amazon Australia, and Amazon Canada. Mr. H. now makes time in between scribbling his literary endeavours to go so far down the rabbit hole that we’d need to dispatch the White Rabbit as a Crash Retrieval Specialist to rescue his ass. He’s now released his very first non-fiction work, investigating the odd world of UFOs and UAPs… Strange Incursions. Grab your copy from https://amzn.to/3yUBcRj
