The epic stories of the Second Age of Middle-history earth’s are brought to the big screen for the first time in Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.

It is set thousands of years before the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. The series opens in an era of mostly tranquilly and follows an ensemble cast of both well-known and unfamiliar characters as they face the long-feared return of evil to Middle-earth.
