But that’s just the tip of the iceberg, dear readers. The festival will also feature live draws, interviews, presentations, workshops, and more – giving attendees a chance to get up close and personal with some of the greatest comic creators on the planet. How’s that for a comic book lover’s paradise?

And speaking of creators, we here at SFcrowsnest can exclusively reveal that the award-winning duo of Bryan and Mary Talbot will be joining the already stacked guest lineup. The Talbots have graced the medium with true masterpieces like The Adventures of Luther Arkwright, Grandville, and Dotter of her Father’s Eyes, so their presence is sure to be a major draw.

With the “Early Bird” ticket offer set to end in just a few short days, now is the time to snatch up your weekend passes and start planning your pilgrimage to Cumbria. Trust us, you won’t want to miss out on the chance to bask in the glory of the Lakes International Comic Art Festival.
