The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia soundtrack by Michael Wandmacher (album review).
This soundtrack is for the horror film ‘The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia’, which is a loose sequel centring around a Georgia couple and their daughter, who begins to see ‘strangers’ that are visible only to the females in the family which leads to an investigation into the true origins of the hauntings.
There seems to be 63 tracks in this album and some are short and disjointed leading me to believe that there’s more to this or perhaps some should be connected. However, I can only work with what I’ve got and it’s very tricky to get a rounded view of what is trying to be achieved as it lacks flow and cohesiveness.
Saying that, there are some genuinely creepy tracks present here and especially as it moves into the tail end of the album when the drama and scares increases. I’d still struggle to find a reason to buy this album unless you were a big fan of ambient horror sounds and creaks that you could find on any album that would have a little more flow and personality.
