Rhianna Pratchett, video game writer and daughter of fantasy writer Terry Pratchett, is less than chuffed with the upcoming TV version of The Watch, as she has recently posted on Twitter.
Said television series is coming from BBC America which ordered an eight-part season in October 2018 – “inspired” by the Ankh-Morpork City Watch tales from the Discworld novels of Terry Pratchett.
This is the show-runner of The Watch, failing to thank MY FATHER. This should tell you everything you need to know. https://t.co/0E0wC6AjFv
