Project Wolf Hunting: a Mark Kermode film review (video).

Project Wolf Hunting premiered at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, and audiences were scratching with excitement at the South Korean sci-fi thriller. The film follows a group of dangerous criminals on a cargo ship from Manila to Busan, but things take a turn for the worse when they attempt to escape and unleash an ancient horror from the depths below deck.

Director Kim Hong-sun expertly crafted heart-stopping action scenes and unexpected plot twists, leaving audiences on the edge of their seats. Project Wolf Hunting hit theaters in South Korea on September 21st 2022, and given it then became a howling success, it’s now making its way to the West, too.

Luckily, our man of many movies, Mark Kermode, is on hand to chat about his thoughts on this horror flick.
