Danis Goulet wrote and directed Night Raiders, a Canadian-New Zealand science fiction movie in the post-apocalyptic sub-genre.
The film follows Niska (Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers), a Cree woman who joins a resistance organisation to the military government in order to save her daughter. It is set in a dystopian vision of North America in the year 2044 after a war has left a military dictatorship in control, and said regime raise all children in brainwashing camps.
Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, Brooklyn Letexier-Hart, Alex Tarrant, Amanda Plummer, and Violet Nelson appear in the film.
