Jupiter Ascending . . . like YA, but without the book.

The second most interesting thing about Jupiter Ascending, after the fact that it’s created by the Wachowski siblings (aka The Matrix), is that it looks for all the world like a YA book-made-into-movie such as the Hunger Games or Divergent, but doesn’t actually have a novel behind it. Did they do this on purpose? Could be a smart move.
