Alien life can be discovered via FAST. Have signals been discovered by it already? It’s conceivable, but it’s also plausible that the signals FAST claims to have identified are just radio interference on their end. Finding Von Neumann Probes, Dyson Spheres, and narrow band signals coming from alien civilizations are all things that can be accomplished using FAST.
