Entry profiles are the richer notes behind selected records in the Field Guide directory. A directory card can tell you that a shop, publisher, maker or venue exists; a profile explains what it is useful for, what kind of tabletop reader might care, which official details should be checked, and which related Field Guide routes make sense next.
The profiles are editorial guide pages, not adverts. They are written to help readers make practical decisions: whether a shop is likely to help with RPG books, whether a brand mainly supports miniatures, whether a venue is useful for public play, or whether a publisher belongs in a wider game ecosystem.
This section is deliberately small at the moment. More profiles should be added for major directory entries once their official details and reader value are checked. Good future candidates include important UK shops, public club routes, major publishers, prominent makers and the strongest USA starter records.
