Marvel’s 616 documentary (trailer).

Disney Plus has been a bit short of content of late thanks to a certain nasty disease (no, not DC), so they’re filling in a few gaps with a new 13-part documentary series called Marvel’s 616 which will be streaming from November 20th 2020.

It goes behind the scenes at Marvel and looks at how comic-books are made by the creators, as well as devoured and worshipped by their fandom.

Here’s each coming new episode:

  • Japanese Spider-Man” – Directed by David Gelb.
  • Higher Further Faster” – Directed by Gillian Jacobs.
  • Amazing Artisans” – Directed by Clay Jeter.
  • Lost and Found” – Directed by Paul Scheer.
  • Suit Up!” – Directed by Andrew Rossi.
  • Unboxed” – Directed by Sarah Ramos.
  • The Marvel Method” – Directed by Brian Oakes.
  • Marvel Spotlight” – Directed by Alison Brie.

Let’s hope they can veer away from celebratory back-slapping about how lovely they all are.
