Ancient BC-dated mobile phone discovered. Aliens, Atlanteans or time travellers?
An 800-year old clay model of a mobile phone-style communicator or tricorder has been discovered in Germany – and while the clay model is itself 800 years old, the writing on the device’s keys is cuneiform dating from around 2500BC. The clay tablet came from a 13th century archaeological dig site in Austria.
So far the possible explanations are:
– Coincidence: this clay model just looks like a mobile comms device. It was actually something else, more normal for the ancient times it came from.
And the slightly more out there explanations, it was based on an actual device, now lost to time, left by . . .
– Aliens.
– Atlanteans.
– Time travellers.
It’s been an interesting week for aliens-on-Earth-related news, as NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell (the sixth man to land on the moon), told British newspaper The Mirror in an interview that UFOs were regularly seen over the White Sands nuclear test site in the 1940s, with alien craft later intercepting missiles during tests, and that he believes ET was monitoring humanity to make sure we didn’t destroy ourselves in a nuclear world war. Well, job done, so far.
