WHO’s at London Comic-Con… no, I mean Matt Smith!
Yep, it’s official, on Friday 26th October 2012, Doctor Who – aka Matt Smith – will land his TARDIS at MCM’s London Comic Con. The British actor, who plays the eleventh incarnation of the Time Lord, will participate in a panel discussion with the BBC SF show’s Executive Producer, Caroline Skinner.
For a chance to hear the inside gossip on the show, fans will need to head to the event’s MCM Theatre. The panel discussion will also be available online, so Doctor Who fans in the USA, Australia and other parts of the world can tune in. Matt Smith plans to sign a hundred copies of the new Dr Who DVD, with the first hundred people to buy said DVD at the BBC Worldwide Comic-Con Doctor Who stand to receive a wristband for the signing at the venue’s Signing Hall.
MCM London Comic Con takes place at ExCel London on 26-28th October 2012. The three-day event usually attracts over 60,000 visitors and plays host to movie studios and home entertainment companies; videogames publishers; comic creators and various special guests.
