The US government is back to its wicked ways, allowing citizens a night off from law enforcement, in an evening when murder is legal. Kind of like Rollerball for society, except everyone can play. Who would you kill?
In this sequel, the peeps-under-threat are a couple whose car breaks down as they are trying to get home to safety. It’s fright night, for them, I’m afraid.
