It looks like the first graduates from Charles Xavier’s school for muties are all locked up in a secret government hospital-cum-supermax facility. Until something even more mutated than them gets loose. Then the flick veers into escape-the-haunted-house-horror territory.
This film stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Illyana Rasputin (aka Magik), Maisie Williams as Rahne Sinclair (aka Wolfsbane), Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie (aka Cannonball), Henry Zaga as Roberto da Costa (aka Sunspot) and Blu Hunt as Danielle Moonstar (aka Mirage).
