New alien invasion movie called The 5th Wave that looks like its channelling The Walking Dead combined with Falling Skies. This one is based on the young adult science fiction trilogy of books by Rick Yancey.
It also looks like a realistic blueprint for alien invasion that would be quite likely to be followed, at least if the aim wasn’t just human extinction to remove Earth as future threat (in which case: Meet my comet).
