Spike Aerospace presses ahead with a Concorde for billionaires.
The firm Spike Aerospace is pressing ahead with their Spike S-512 Supersonic Jet, a business jet able to fly at supersonic speeds.
With one of these toys, the founders of Google, Facebook, Amazon and many other rather rich bods will be able to go from London to NYC in three hours – making day trips for business possible. Or Europe to Dubai for a sun-tan top-up with duty free shopping, then back home in time for dinner.
Lovely. I wonder if Jeff Bezos wouldn’t mind giving us a lift to somewhere nice in his modified delta wing plane?
