a very short story by: GF Willmetts

Something I take as routine with my time on the Internet is to look for aliens.

I mean. If they are on Earth, then they have to come from an advanced hi-tech society and wouldn’t have any problems linking into the protocols and doing what I’m doing: looking for aliens. I mean, wouldn’t you want to talk openly to someone who would have a similar background to yourself before you met them in the flesh?

For the time being, all I can do is tap my tendrils on the keyboard and keep searching. One day, they might tap back.
