New tech in the air. Real and…?

There are a couple of photos floating around the interweb of some interesting new airborne tech. The first, which is definitely real (unless NASA have started doing spoofs) is the X-48C concept craft based around a single delta-shaped fuselage. The second, of which there is less certainty, is the supposed Silent Hawk stealth copter used for the Osama Bin Laden raid (the one they had to destroy on the ground after it developed a fault).

It seems quite likely that the copter is actually a mock-up from the big money Hollywood film being made of the raid.

This one is real (click to make big).
Stealth copter
This one, not so much.

Thanks to Wired and The Aviationist for spotting these.
