His Dark Materials picks up a 3rd season from HBO (news).
Fantasy TV series His Dark Materials has been picked up for a third season and will be based on The Amber Spyglass, the third of Philip Pullman’s trilogy, and is to start production in Cardiff in 2021 with production studio Bad Wolf. The Amber Spyglass is a steampunk re-evaluation of the Biblical tale of Adam and Eve and features Lyra’s sexual awakening.
