FAB gets portable.

A couple of students from the MIT CADLab (Ilan Moyer) and MIT Center for Bits and Atoms (Nadya Peek) have just taken the FAB concept on the road with their nifty and very small PopFab – a 3D printer that you can actually fit into a briefcase. Very useful for assassins who want to take this through passport control and build a gun at the other end of the journey, we would imagine.

You can see a film of it in action, above.
