Daredevil: Born Again TV series by Disney+ adds even more people to its cast (TV news).

Marvel Studios has announced that Margarita Levieva and Sandrine Holt have been cast in major roles for their upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series which will stream on Disney Plus. The new season, consisting of 18 episodes, will be written by Covert Affairs creators Matt Corman and Chris Ord, and is set to premiere in 2024. Details about Levieva’s and Holt’s characters are being kept under wraps, but there is speculation that they may be playing love interests for the leads, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio.

Levieva is no stranger to the Disney family, having also booked a guest starring role in the upcoming Star Wars series The Acolyte. She is best known for her roles in The Deuce and ABC’s Revenge, and was recently seen in the Netflix series In From the Cold. She will next be seen in ITV and Tiger Aspect’s Litvinenko. On the feature side, Levieva recently starred in the Lionsgate feature Inherit the Viper opposite Josh Hartnett.

Holt has an impressive resume in television, with recurring roles in Showtime’s American Gigolo and AMC’s Better Call Saul, as well as appearances in Prime Video’s The Expanse, Showtime’s Homeland, CBS’s MacGyver, NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Netflix’s House of Cards.

The news of Levieva’s and Holt’s casting has sparked speculation among fans about the potential return of other cast members from the original Netflix series of Daredevil. Deborah Ann Woll, who played Karen Page, has previously said that she hasn’t been asked to.
