Cr-Fi TV series Briarpatch is a Pulp Fiction-style from USA Network based on the Ross Thomas novel of the same title.
It traces the adventures of Allegra Dill (actress Rosario Dawson), a P.I./fixer for a US Senator returning to her Texas-border home-town after her policewoman sister is blown up by a car bomb.
What starts as a search for her sister’s murderer turns into battle royale to destroy her strange corrupt hometown.
